The hosted predictive dialler will seamlessly integrates with existing voice and data systems, manages outbound, inbound and blend calling campaigns, and provides agent productivity tools to increase the number of calls handled and the quality of each customer contact. The hosted predictive dialler supports four methods of automated outbound dialling: Preview, Progressive, Precision and Predictive dialling:

Hosted Predictive Dialling
Pacing algorithms initiate outbound calls based on anticipated agent availability as extrapolated from real-time campaign event MIS information, including number of agents logged on, average agent talk & wrap times, answer rate, connect rate and other real time information.

Hosted Precision Dialling
Is a method that eliminates nuisance calls due to no agent available.

Hosted Preview Dialling
Presents an agent with the customer’s details prior to the call being placed.

Hosted Progressive Dialling
Is often utilised for business-to-business dialling where virtually all calls are answered.

No single method of dialling is best for all outbound calling campaigns. In general the characteristics of the campaign i.e. type of campaign, call to be made, call volumes and the number of agents involved will dictate the method of dialling. In many cases different campaigns will require more than one method of dialling. For example, predictive dialling to handle mass calling with progressive and preview dialling used to handle more complex calls where actions are potentially different for each call made.
